First felted handbag finished... Yay! The felting part was easy - it's the embellishing that was rather tedious! But I'm quite pleased with the result of all the beading and embroidery... and dig the groovy striped satin lining! 
THANX AGAIN to Lisi, owner of the Stitch Cafe (link for Stitch Cafe is on right-hand margin) - her sample was the inspiration! i've been using the bag and it's been getting a great response (smile!)... i've got two mini-versions in production this week... thinking makeup bags and cell phone purses, and just knit up another large one as shown in the picture...
